Our Deaf / Hearing Impaired Ministry is lead by Lou Anne Emrich. We offer a co-ed all-age Sunday School that uses Bible-based video curriculum specifically designed for the deaf. Sunday School meets at 9:30 AM in Room C-240 (on the 2nd floor of the Family Life Center). We also provide signed interpretation for our contemporary worship service at 10:30 AM.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is a ministry under Samaritan’s Purse that uses gift-filled shoeboxes to share God’s love in a tangible way with needy children around the world. Since 1993, Samaritan’s Purse has collected and delivered more than 113 million gift-filled shoeboxes to children in over 150 countries through Operation Christmas Child.

Our church is a relay/collection center for nearby churches and towns. Last year we collected over 50,000 shoeboxes. Throughout the year we host different events like a Golf Tournament and a Jingle Bell Fun Run to raise money for shipping fees. Collection Week is the end of November and our packing countdown begins in September. For more information or to find out how you can get involved, contact Sheila Baker. Salvation Army

On the first Thursday of every month, members of Immanuel meet at the Salvation Army at 4 PM to prepare and serve the day’s dinner. Headed by Bonnie Miears, this is a great time to fellowship with members of our community and share the love of Jesus. Watch the events page for specific information. Click Here

On the 4th Tuesday of every month, our church heads over to Doe’s Laundry with a bucket of quarters to wash clothes and show some people a little love and kindness. Contact Andy Moore for more information.
